THE METHOD
How WhichFunnel works
Every price, plan limit and capability on this site comes from one internal registry, where each fact is recorded with the provider's official source page and a verification date. Pages are generated from that registry, so a correction fixes every page at once. Documentary analysis is labelled as such; nothing is presented as tested unless a test actually ran.
Where the facts come from
Prices, plan ladders and limits are read on each provider's official pricing page and recorded in a single registry with the source URL and the date of verification. Pages never carry hand-typed prices: they pull from the registry. When a provider does not publish a price, the page says exactly that instead of guessing. When a provider localises prices by region, the page states the currency and region observed.
Prices change without notice. That is why every table links to the official page, and why you should confirm there before paying.
Documentary versus tested
Two kinds of content live here and they are labelled differently. Documentary pages compare what providers publish: plans, limits, stated capabilities. Field guides go further and describe protocols you can run yourself, for example to verify purchase tracking. Nothing on this site claims a hands-on test result unless the test was actually performed, with the setup described.
How recommendations are formed
Recommendations follow the journey, not the brand: the platform that structurally covers your journey at the lowest total stack cost wins the first position on a shortlist. Structural fit comes first (does the platform do the job without extra tools), then total cost (subscription plus the tools, usage and fees around it), then reversibility (what you can export if you leave). Taste, design preferences and support quality are real but personal, so they are flagged for you to weigh rather than scored.
Affiliate commissions play no role in this ordering. Platforms with no affiliate program are recommended exactly as often as their fit deserves.
Corrections
If a price, a limit or a claim is out of date or wrong, write to contact@whichfunnel.com. Corrections are applied to the registry, which regenerates every page that uses the fact.
