What funnel builders really cost
Funnel platforms range from a genuinely free plan to several hundred dollars a month, and the sticker price is rarely the real cost. The table below shows every platform we track with its entry price; each guide details the plan ladder, and the calculator adds the tools, usage and fees around the subscription.
Every platform we track
| Platform | Type | Price | Built for | Action |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| all in one | free plan, paid from $17/mo | All-in-one funnel, email, course and webinar platform with a free plan, aimed at solo founders and small teams selling their own offers. | Visit | |
| agency crm | from $97/mo | Agency-oriented CRM and funnel platform with sub-accounts per client, white label options and a SaaS resale mode. | Visit | |
| funnel suite | from $97/mo | Funnel-first page and checkout suite with workspaces, courses and email, priced by contacts and workspaces. | Visit | |
| all in one | from $59/mo | All-in-one marketing platform (pages, email, checkout, membership, helpdesk) priced by contact count. | Visit | |
| knowledge commerce | from $179/mo | Course, coaching and community platform with built-in funnels and email, aimed at experts selling knowledge products. | Visit | |
| landing pages | from €10/mo | Landing page and conversion platform with unlimited traffic on every plan; a page builder rather than a full funnel suite. | Visit | |
| checkout | not public | Checkout, upsell and affiliate platform (with a course module) that plugs into any page builder rather than replacing it. | Visit | |
| knowledge commerce | from $42/mo | Simple storefront for courses, downloads, coaching and community with a website and email built in. | Visit |
The four costs after the sticker price
- Contact-based upgrades. Platforms priced by contacts (ClickFunnels, Kartra, Kajabi) get more expensive as your list grows, whether or not revenue follows. Check the next tier's price, not just the current one.
- Usage billed separately. HighLevel bills SMS, calls and AI usage on top of every plan. Budget it from your expected volume, not from the plan price.
- Transaction fees. Podia's entry plan takes 5% of each sale on top of processor fees; most platforms let Stripe or PayPal fees apply either way.
- The rest of the stack. A page-only tool like Leadpages or a checkout-only tool like ThriveCart still needs email, scheduling or webinar software next to it. Those subscriptions belong in the comparison.
How to compare honestly
Pick the two platforms that structurally cover your journey (the guides by situation get you there fast), then put both through the cost calculator with real quotes: subscription on your actual billing period, the extra tools each one needs, expected usage and payment volume, and one-off setup or migration work. The cheapest sticker is regularly not the cheapest stack.
Prices on this page come from each provider's official pricing page and can change at any time; the links in each row lead there so you can confirm before paying.
Questions people also ask
Which funnel builder is genuinely free?
Systeme.io has a real free plan with 2,000 contacts, 3 funnels, 1 course and a custom domain, with no card required per its pricing page. Most other platforms offer trials rather than free plans: HighLevel and ClickFunnels advertise free trials, Podia a 30-day trial.
Why do two platforms with the same price feel so different in cost?
Because the subscription is only part of the stack. A platform that includes email, webinars and checkout replaces two or three other subscriptions; a page builder at the same price still needs them. Compare the full stack cost, not the plan price.
Are the prices on this site guaranteed current?
No. They are recorded from each provider's official pricing page and re-verified regularly, but providers change prices without notice. Every table links to the official page; confirm there before buying.
